ORDER CONFIRMATION - Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the emailed order confirmation, your order was not placed.

LATE ORDERS - To ensure on time delivery for everyone in the group we are unable to take or change orders after the store closing date.

DELIVERY Your order will be available for pick up at swim practice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS -Custom accessories with a team logo or individual name are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES - If the required minimums are not met, the item will not be made and your money will be refunded to you.
